About Me

I believe that grounding ourselves in love opens our heart to the beauty of all creation. With this foundation, we develop a deeper level of self-compassion, fostering a greater sense of interconnectedness with humanity and nature.

As a lifelong seeker, I have always been drawn to the spiritual. Raised Catholic, I cherished my spiritual life, yet felt constrained by the dogmatic principles of my faith. Although I stepped away from formal religion, spirituality has always been a source of nourishment.

Seven years ago, I arrived at a crossroads. Despite reaching what I believed to be the apex of my career, I couldn’t escape a feeling of disconnect. Initially, I sought out spiritual counseling as a method of “fixing” this issue, hoping to identify what was preventing me from loving my career.

While on the path of personal unfoldment, I came to understand the disconnect was not with my career; the disconnect was with my inner wisdom. Once actively working on the spiritual aspect of my relationships, I began to heal from old wounds and discovered a renewed enthusiasm for life.

Now, as a Spiritual Counselor and ordained Interspiritual Minister, I am delighted to companion others on the journey of self-discovery and healing. I believe a connection with the numinous leads us to deeper personal fulfillment.   

As sentient beings, we are invited to embody the Divine qualities of compassion, mercy, faith, and love in our everyday lives. Spiritual healing is often the first step in nurturing these qualities within ourselves.
